About TheOneCalculator
Whatever you need to calculate, it starts here.
TheOneCalculator brings together the calculators people reach for most often — mortgage and home-buying math, everyday percentages and conversions, health and fitness numbers, and more — in one consistent, ad-supported site instead of scattered across dozens of single-purpose tools.
Every calculator runs entirely in your browser: the numbers you type in are never sent to a server, and no account or signup is required to use any tool on this site.
We aim for each calculator to be accurate and clearly explained, but results are estimates for general informational purposes — see our Terms of Use for details, especially before relying on results involving mortgages, health or other significant decisions.
How we build our calculators
Every calculator on this site is built around standard, publicly documented formulas rather than proprietary or approximate math — mortgage amortization schedules, the Mifflin-St Jeor and U.S. Navy body-fat equations, the National Weather Service's wind chill and heat index formulas, the IEC resistor color-code standard, and similar established methods. What varies from calculator to calculator is the inputs and how clearly we explain the result, not the underlying math.
